Professional Bio

I'm glad you're here.

My name is Christina Jungmann – though most people know me as Tina. In my work, I support people on their path toward greater clarity, connection, and inner freedom.

I work with couples using Relational Life Therapy (RLT) as developed by Terry Real, and I guide individuals in relationship issues as well as in deep personal work through one-on-one sessions. My approach combines Somatic Experiencing, Focusing, breathwork, inner child healing, consciousness work, and trauma resolution. Modalities like TRE® (Trauma Releasing Exercises) and essence-based coaching also form part of my practice. At the heart of it all lies one central intention: helping you reconnect with your true self.

My work doesn’t come from books—it comes from life. Everything I offer is rooted in personal experience. I’m not a theorist. I walk this path alongside you.

I’ve always been deeply fascinated by the human soul—its wounds, its power, its depth. My academic background in Humanistic Psychology gave me a strong foundation, but the real wisdom came through my own healing process. My passion lies in contributing to personal and collective transformation.

I believe in deep, lasting change—not in quick fixes or surface-level solutions.

My professional training includes: person-centered therapy (Carl Rogers), couples therapy (Terry Real), TRE® (Dr. David Bercelli), Somatic Experiencing® (Dr. Peter Levine), trauma and nervous system work (Irene Lyon), biodynamic breathwork, the Enneagram, Essence Work (A.H. Almaas), art therapy, OSHO Meditative Therapies (Mystic Rose, No-Mind, Born Again), and yoga.

My Path

For over twenty years, I have been working with people, driven by a deep love for humanity. Yet my own path has not been easy. Relationships, staying true to myself, and finding inner clarity were long-standing challenges. Despite intense self-work and many therapies, I remained stuck in certain patterns.

In 2013, I finally realized that unresolved early childhood trauma was the key. I began to understand how my adult difficulties were connected to painful early experiences—as described by the ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) study. This insight changed everything.

My own healing journey has given me a profound, embodied understanding. Today, I support others with this experience. Meditation plays a central role in my life. I deeply believe that true transformation begins where psychology and spirituality meet.

My Principles

In my sessions, the individual is always the focal point. My work is grounded in three core attitudes: unconditional positive regard, empathetic understanding, and authenticity—as articulated by Carl Rogers. These qualities create the space for genuine growth and personal development.

One of my most influential teachers expressed the essence of my work beautifully:

“The deeper you have gone into yourself, the deeper you can meet another. When you understand your own nature, you understand the humanity in all—and you stop judging. Then accompanying others becomes a joy, because you touch the inner being of a person—and in doing so, you come to know yourself more deeply.” (Osho)

Fun Facts About Me

I'm a bad-ass skier, and my parents used to fear for my life when they'd see me racing down the slopes

When I came home from my first ever camping holiday I slept in the backyard instead of my bed, right under the stars, for 9 nights straight

When preparing for a trip around New Zealand in 1999, a friend convinced me to take my pushbike with me as a means of transport; I hated it for about two weeks but then did ride it for more than 4000 km's around New Zealand alone, and continued in Bali and Thailand

My favorite home was an 11-meter bus (converted into a mobile home), and I lived in it from 2010 till 2014. I drove it too, but in order to do so, I actually needed to get a heavy vehicle license for it

I love, love, LOVE fast cars :-)

The fastest car I ever drove was a 7-series BMW (this was in 1997), and I got it up to 260 km/h on the autobahn somewhere between Salzburg and Munich in the middle of the night

My absolute favorite car ever was a Landcruiser Troopcarrier (Troopy), registered in Western Australia. I had it for 8 years, and I traveled and lived in for several months every year

On one of my trips in my 'Troopy', I stayed 'out bush'  for 2 months straight; I would shower at the roadhouses along the sealed road - or jump into a billabong whenever I could find one
